Curated by the Sea art gallery concept was founded in Capitola Village in August of 2019. During the strange and chaotic summer of 2020, we regrouped and relocated to a light filled, 4,600 sq. ft. empty storefront in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. In the gallery, we now showcase the work of 40+ local and regional artists. In addition, we exhibit a rotating series of themed shows and special events. We are becoming known for our quirky, eclectic, yet elegant collection of contemporary art inspired by the unique natural beauty and creative culture that is Santa Cruz.
