Five individual wall pieces, each  10 x 10 inches, made from bookskins from withdrawn Hemingway library books, reclaimed linen, stenciled imagery from withdrawn library book entitled: The Art of Awareness, thread, mull, wooden panel.

The printmaking on these pieces is stenciling that represents imagery from a withdrawn library book (The Art of Awareness). The colored cloth in the pieces is book cloth that has been extracted from the covers of withdrawn library books (all Ernest Hemingway books in this instance - they were worn out from too much use and the library needed to replace them). They are from my series: KEEP: Modern Library, and sub-series Bibliomuse that examines sustainability, as well as what we choose to keep and let go of (physically, mentally and emotionally).
